From training plans to nutrition, kit suggestions and that all important mental strategy, I offer online mentoring for runners whether you are entering your first 10km or your fifth marathon and aiming for a PB.


How it works

A free 30 minute telephone consultation helps us to establish your goals, how much input you would like and how you would like to progress with the mentoring relationship.

From here, prices vary according to how involved you would like the mentoring to be. It can include bespoke training plans, online analysis of your training, weekly or monthly online catch ups, nutrition and stretching advice, including online video or picture content and even clothing and shoe advice.


Any coach can write a training plan aimed at getting you a personal best. I specialise in a holistic approach, helping runners with busy lives get the best out of their training while balancing it with the reality of their lifestyles.

This way, you are more likely to achieve your race goals without dropping out injured AND you will enjoy the experience.
